1. General conditions of sale

The ability to make purchases on the Gofruits.ch online store requires the creation of an account on the www.gofruits.ch site for individuals. In this regard, the customer determines a personal user name and password. As a result, he is the only one who can access his information, which he can modify at any time by going to his account.

The customer’s delivery address must necessarily be in the territory of the Swiss Confederation. Gofruits-Javier Lozada (hereafter “the company”) reserves the right not to accept a registration.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data transmitted to the company, which cannot be held responsible for any errors or inaccuracies, in particular in the wording of the delivery address.

By registering with “the company”, the customer tacitly consents to receive information from the company, via various communication channels (e-mail, mail, SMS, telephone). The customer can renounce it at any time, easily and free of charge, by following the instructions given on his account.

The company only transmits personal data to third parties to the extent that they are essential for the proper execution of the order or payment. The information of its customers is treated with all possible confidentiality.

All prices given include VAT according to the prevailing rates.

2. Orders

The minimum amount for all orders (except basket subscriptions) is CHF 25. No order below this amount will be accepted.

Orders that are delivered in reusable and ecological wooden boxes are exchanged or collected on the next delivery. the company reserves the right to charge CHF 15 per box left with the customer.

Products ordered in error are neither taken back nor reimbursed by the company.

If a product is not available at the time of delivery, it is not billed or automatically sent later.

In the event of an anomaly in the order (difference in quantity, product or quality between invoicing and delivery), the customer is requested to inform the company within a maximum of 36 hours for rectification accordingly.

3. Delivery

The company delivers to the customer’s home or workplace, according to their account indications.

The company reserves the right to charge an additional charge for delivery by a third party or shipping by post outside its delivery radius mentioned below. The applicable amount is entered at the time of the order on the site, or in any case before the cancellation period for the first order, and is added to the issuance of the invoice at the price indicated during the purchase process.

Delivery is free for all companies and individuals who take out a Cart subscription in the following postal code:

For individual orders below CHF 50 and using the same postal codes described in the previous point, delivery is also free.

Any other order will have a delivery charge of CHF 10.

All orders placed until 7:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday are delivered the next day by our own couriers in the postal codes mentioned.

All orders that must be sent by post followed the same criteria but the order will be delivered one day later than those delivered by us.

All orders arriving after Thursday 7:00 p.m. will be shipped the following Monday.

It is not possible to choose a precise delivery time

The company does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, national and cantonal holidays. The customer is first notified of an exceptional modification of the delivery day for each recurrence linked to a public holiday.

In case of absence, the company leaves the order in front of the door unless there is a contraindication from the customer. The customer can specifically request the delivery of his purchases either to a neighbor living in the same building, if he indicates the necessary information in this regard, or in a designated place (garage, cellar, terrace, local to skis, etc.) to its delivery address.

The company should be able to leave the basket in the shade and protected from frost, depending on the season.

The company is committed to delivering invoiced purchases and to respecting the cold chain until the order is delivered to the customer’s address. From this moment, the responsibility for the delivered goods rests with the only customer, regardless of its presence, or its absence, during the delivery.

4. Payments

Companies and individuals who subscribe to the “Baskets” formula will receive an invoice at the end of each month that can be paid by a payment slip.

Individual customers paid for their orders (except for the baskets formula) by credit card or TWINT.
